In fact, we’ve been at this since 2003. We’ve worked with companies like Disney, Toyota, Southwest Airlines, and RedBull. We’ve had a blast helping amazing companies grow. But the game changed for us when we got a call from a new type of client.


On the other end of the line was an attorney. Soon it became clear he was disillusioned with his career in BigLaw. He was tired of having no time for his family and being bound by the rules and traditions of BigLaw. He wanted to let out his inner entrepreneur and prove what he was capable of. He was ready to start his own practice.  


We explained to him that we had no experience in the legal industry. He replied, “That’s exactly why I’m on the phone with you.” 

He wanted an agency that thought differently than everyone else because, as he explained it, the legal industry was in desperate need of innovation.


Three months later we launched his boutique practice and in the year after launch, his firm had received numerous media appearances and become known as one of the region’s leading wage and hour litigation firms. Oh, and they brought in seven figures in revenue.
